*You can attend one or both!
The Book Café, 304 N. East Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186
Join us at The Book Café for a discussion of the Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula K. Le Guin! Ged, one of the characters, is fortunate to attend a school for Wizards. But… What if you wanted to attend a special trade school or college, and feel it is impossible because it was ages since you wrote a persuasive paper or did algebra?
After the discussion, we will have a Wizard cake to celebrate College Still Achievable (CSA), a new organization that inspires adults to reach their postsecondary goals through one-on-one tutoring and mentoring. From 6:30-730 p.m., we will have a one hour volunteer informational meeting on how you can help others attend, succeed and graduate college!
